进程日志为空，也不知道你们到底是不是想解决问题，进程日志都没打。。。。。。。。。
从上次反映问题，都一个月了，版本也没有打补丁，版本还是4.3.1.0。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
结贴还挺快，直接不让回复了。这论坛，也是奇葩。
要是不想让大家免费用，直接发个声明得了。
之前找过你们所谓的客服，给了我一个以前版本的todesk。
目前你们网站声明，开始禁用4.3.1.0版本之前的todesk，导致我目前也无法使用。
请问如何才能解决该问题？
再次就上面问题，咨询你们的客服，问了半天，半个字都不回复。。。。。。。。。。

另：技术帖子，如果没有被解决，能不能不要忙着关贴啊，后续跟踪都没做呢。上次提了一个相同的bug，给了我一个以前版本的先用着，根本没有真正解决该问题，就把帖子先关闭了。真是的；
